You are welcome to download and read the Terms & Conditions at any time. Once you receive your welcome email from Carriden Boatyard, simply reply to it confirming that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, including the version or date shown on the document. We will keep your written acceptance with your customer records.

Customer Information Form — editable Word document
Download the blank form to complete at home. It asks for customer, boat or project and emergency-contact details needed for your storage arrangement. You can also request a paper copy. Download Customer Information Form (Word).

Returning your documents is simple: Download the blank documents whenever you wish. Once you receive your welcome email from Carriden Boatyard, complete the Customer Information Form and reply directly to that email with your completed documents and written acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. You can use the same email address for future customer correspondence.

Please do not send completed forms or next-of-kin details through the website contact form. Completed forms contain personal information, so take care when sending them by email. If you would prefer a more secure method, please ask us about a password-protected document (with the password shared separately) or hand the form in at the boatyard.

Please let your named emergency contacts know that you have supplied their details and direct them to our Privacy Policy.

Standing-order and bank details
Once your storage arrangement has been agreed, we’ll provide our payment details directly so you can set up your monthly standing order.
